Rocket Restaurant Website Audit: Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rocket Small Business Services, LLC ("Rocket") collects through audit.rocketsbs.com, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Website addresses you submit, and the results of scanning them. Results include public information from the website and its public Google Business Profile listing.
• Your email address, when you unlock your results or buy a report. We also collect the answers you choose to give, such as what your website is built on and whether you have admin access.
• Account information, if you buy a report or service: your email address and a login link sent to it. We don't use passwords for your account.
• Payment information, which is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and limited billing details. We never receive your full card number.
• Technical information: a one-way hashed (scrambled) version of your IP address, used to prevent abuse and enforce scan limits, plus basic logs of activity on the Service.
• Remediation records, if you buy Standard Remediation: the work we did, our verification results and our communications with you. We do not store your website passwords.

How we use it

• to run scans and deliver your summary, report and services
• to email you your results, receipts and login links
• to follow up about your results and our services. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
• to prevent abuse, and keep the Service secure and working
• to improve our scanner

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the Service, only for that purpose:

• Supabase: database and hosting
• Stripe: payments
• Resend: email delivery
• GoHighLevel: our customer relationship system
• Google: PageSpeed Insights and the Places API. The website address you submit, and your restaurant's name and address, are sent to Google to run these checks.
• Cloudflare: bot protection

We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Business outreach

We may scan publicly available restaurant websites and contact businesses about the results, using business contact information from public sources and business data providers. If you'd prefer not to hear from us, reply to any email or contact info@rocketsbs.com and we'll stop.

Cookies and similar technology

• We use your browser's storage to keep you logged in.
• We don't use advertising cookies on this Service.

How long we keep it

• Scan results, reports and remediation records are kept so you can access them later, and as a record of the work performed.
• You can ask us to delete your account and personal information. Some payment and business records may need to be kept for legal and accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• ask for a copy of your personal information
• ask us to correct or delete it
• opt out of marketing emails

Children

The Service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.

Changes

We'll post changes here with a new "Last updated" date.
