Rocket Restaurant Website Audit: Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply to the website audit service at audit.rocketsbs.com (the "Service"), operated by Rocket Small Business Services, LLC ("Rocket", "we", "us"), a Connecticut limited liability company. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
- Free scan: an automated scan of up to 5 pages of a website.
- Full Report ($10): the complete results of that scan.
- Standard Remediation ($200): our team fixes eligible issues on an eligible website, as described in section 5.
2. What the Service is not
- The Service is an automated scan of common issues. It is not an accessibility audit by a certified professional, a legal review, or a certification of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or any other law or standard.
- Automated testing cannot find every problem.
- Using the Service, and fixing the issues it reports, does not guarantee that your website is accessible or legally compliant, or that you will not receive a demand letter, complaint or lawsuit.
- We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
3. Your use of the Service
- Only submit websites you own or are authorized to have scanned. Our scanner visits public pages the same way a browser does.
- Don't use the Service to overload, attack or test the security of any website.
- Don't resell or misrepresent our reports, for example as a certification.
- We may limit or refuse scans to protect the Service or third-party websites.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay.
- All sales are final, except where we're unable to deliver the service you purchased (for example, if your scan report can't be produced), or where the law requires a refund.
5. Standard Remediation
Before work starts
After purchase we scan up to about 50 pages and review the scope. If your site is larger or more complex than our standard scope, or needs work our standard service doesn't cover, we'll offer a custom quote. If you'd rather not proceed, we'll refund the $200, since we can't deliver the standard service.
What it covers
- Fixes to the website itself, for issues our scan identified and that can be fixed through the website's admin area.
- It does not cover items marked "Advice only", such as Google, Facebook, email, DNS, point-of-sale or ordering accounts.
- It does not cover third-party widgets we can't edit, such as reservation and ordering systems.
- It does not cover content you need to provide, such as menu text or image descriptions that need your knowledge.
Access
- You give us access by creating a separate user account for us in your website's admin, which you can remove when we're done.
- Don't send passwords by email. We don't store website passwords in our systems.
- You're responsible for keeping a backup of your website before work begins.
Verification
We re-scan your site after making changes, and a fix is only marked "Verified" when the re-scan confirms it.
What we don't promise
Standard Remediation improves the issues identified. It does not certify your website as accessible or compliant (see section 2).
6. Reports and content
- You may use your report for your own business, including sharing it with your web developer.
- We own the Service, the scanner and the report format.
- We keep scan results and remediation records as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
- The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe, Google, Supabase, Resend and Cloudflare.
- Reservation, ordering and other third-party tools on your website are controlled by those vendors. We may report on them, but we can't change them.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service and reports are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Scores and estimates (including any reservation cost estimate) are informational and may not reflect your actual results or costs.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, or for claims, demand letters or lawsuits brought against you by third parties.
10. Changes and termination
- We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
- We may suspend access for misuse.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
